Careers

Join a team that makes a difference every day.

Let's be honest. People are tired of feeling like they are just a number.

At Pike National Bank, we are people-oriented and community-minded. We rely on our team members to provide hometown service and to make our individual and business customers feel valued at every turn.

At the same time, we understand that hiring knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service-oriented people is only part of the equation. Having happy employees who are truly motivated to assist our customers is another key to our success.

We offer on-the-job training and skill-building that can give your career a boost. We offer opportunities to take on challenges and make a difference in building better lives and stronger communities for your neighbors.

We also offer competitive pay along with benefits to full-time employees, such as disability insurance, health benefits (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, and vacation and sick time.

We are always looking for the right individual to join our team. Please click on the Apply Now button below to submit your application.
