Part-Time Teller – Approximately 30 hours per week

Main

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for processing deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and all other transactions and functions as a bank teller.  Must perform all transactions and duties within established policies and procedures.  Responsible for handling and securing large volumes of cash and balancing individual cash drawer on a daily basis.  Must be continuously aware of fraud loss and check cashing guidelines.  Must provide optimum customer service and cross sell bank products. Responsible for Regulatory Reporting requirements associated with the Teller Position.  Subject to performing cash shipments between branches and performing vault teller functions. Will be required to train other tellers as needed.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Cash handling experience or sales experience
  • Conscientious worker with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform multiple daily tasks and work under pressure with speed and accuracy
  • Excellent attendance
  • Professional appearance and cooperative attitude
  • Understanding of customer service techniques, PC/10 key functions
  • Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 50 lbs. if required to perform the essential job functions
  • Work days are Monday through Saturday
  • Monday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm & Friday 7:45 am - 6:00 pm
  • Every 1st and 3rd from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm (6 pm if on a Friday)
  • Saturdays required, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • 30 hours each week - only more hours if short staffed

Account Services Representative

Main

Summary of Duties:
Account Services Representatives are responsible for answering phones and transferring to appropriate departments, advising customers of hours of operation, helping customers with checking account information, assisting customers in person, indemnity bonds, forgeries, collections drawn on our bank, printing NSF, PDP, and loan notices, sending ACH files, chargeback items, process incoming and outgoing wires, FEN-CEN report on wires, non-posted and stop payment items, loading REG CC holds, entering account maintenance, change of addresses, and other duties as assigned.

Specific Duties:
  • Processing Chargebacks, NSF funds deposited into customer’s account.
  • Ensure the security of processing incoming wires and outgoing wires.
  • Printing NSF, PDP, and loan notices and sending/ receiving ACH file.
  • Manually work daily Non-Post and Stop Pay items.
  • Load REG CC holds and Stop Pay items into the system.
  • Completing Affidavit of Forgery, Unauthorized ACH and/or check items, Debit Card Disputes.
  • FEN-CEN report on wire to verify legitimate people.
  • Must provide optimum customer service, cross sell bank services, and refer customers to appropriate bank representatives as required.
  • Assist customers in person in the Customer Service booth.
  • Help customers with the iTalk automated phone system.
  • Assist customers with internet banking, PNB Mobile Money mobile app, iPay bill payments and Remote Deposit.
  • Assist with garnishments, audits, daily incoming/outgoing mail for entire bank.
