Part-Time Teller – Approximately 25 to 28 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities:

Teller is responsible for processing deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and all other transactions and functions associated with a paying/receiving bank teller. Must perform all transactions and duties within established policies and procedures. Responsible for handling large volumes of cash and balancing individual cash drawer on a daily basis. Responsible for the security of cash and transaction documentation. Must be continuously aware of fraud loss and check cashing guidelines as well as all security/audit policies and procedures. Must provide optimum customer service, cross sell bank services and refer customers to appropriate bank representatives as required. Responsible for Regulatory Reporting requirements associated with the Teller Position. Subject to performing cash shipments between branches and performing vault teller functions. 

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Cash handling experience or sales experience
  • Conscientious worker with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform multiple daily tasks and work under pressure with speed and accuracy
  • Excellent attendance
  • Professional appearance and cooperative attitude
  • Understanding of customer service techniques, PC/10 key functions
  • Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 50 lbs. if required to perform the essential job functions
  • Possible work days are Monday through Friday
  • Rotating Saturdays required, 8 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Loan Administration Department Processor

Main

Primary Responsibilities:
 
  • Processes loan documentation for business, consumer, and real estate loans.
  • Processes paid outs, real estate and all other, in a timely manner. This involves mailing the customer their pertinent documentation such as paid notes and car titles, and keeping proper retention documentation in the customers credit file. Enter paid out loans into an excel spreadsheet for retention purposes and verify that all collateral being sent back to the customer is not crossed or being used on another loan before mailing to the customer.
  • Post loan payments and payoffs that are received via mail, and record those payments according to policy for retention purposes.
  • Handles force place insurance for real estate loans, including entry preparation and the mailing of customer notification letters.
  • Perform weekly Higher Priced Mortgage Loan and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act updates to Laser Pro.
  • Backup to other department functions in the event of absence or staff shortage.

This position is the primary processor of loan documentation, responsible for the logging, filing, and paid out requests for all the finance company relationships of the bank, and is responsible for in mailing and recording of all customer paid outs. This position requires one to be efficient, attentive, and timely in order to ensure prompt and accurate documentation when requested by a lender or assistant. He/she will need superior knowledge of the loan policy and procedures, and compliance regulation. The position requires advanced understanding of all loan documentation including the area of real estate documentation in order to perfect the bank's lien position. It is also necessary to maintain high-quality working relationships with others in the loan area in order to generate timely and efficient productivity.
