Part-Time Teller – Approximately 30 hours per week

Main

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for processing deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and all other transactions and functions as a bank teller.  Must perform all transactions and duties within established policies and procedures.  Responsible for handling and securing large volumes of cash and balancing individual cash drawer on a daily basis.  Must be continuously aware of fraud loss and check cashing guidelines.  Must provide optimum customer service and cross sell bank products. Responsible for Regulatory Reporting requirements associated with the Teller Position.  Subject to performing cash shipments between branches and performing vault teller functions. Will be required to train other tellers as needed.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Cash handling experience or sales experience
  • Conscientious worker with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform multiple daily tasks and work under pressure with speed and accuracy
  • Excellent attendance
  • Professional appearance and cooperative attitude
  • Understanding of customer service techniques, PC/10 key functions
  • Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 50 lbs. if required to perform the essential job functions
  • Work days are Monday through Saturday
  • Monday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm & Friday 7:45 am - 6:00 pm
  • Every 1st and 3rd from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm (6 pm if on a Friday)
  • Saturdays required, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • 30 hours each week - only more hours if short staffed

Loan Processor and Reviewer

Main

Primary Responsibilities:
 
  • Processes loan documentation for business, consumer, and real estate loans.
  • Post close loan review of all bank consumer, business, and real estate loans to ensure that all minimum requirements have been satisfactorily addressed.
  • Determine and load exceptions at post close review and update/remove exceptions from the tickler system when necessary.
  • Assist in pre-close real estate loans for initial exceptions to be addressed before the production of loan documents.
  • Assist with documentation review in document imaging (Synergy Capture)
  • Assist with logging all approved and denied IHLC minutes and distribute them to lenders.
  • Assist with escrow distributions which includes distributing funds to the appropriate agencies.
  • Backup to other department functions in the event of absence or staff shortage.

This position is the primary processor and reviewer of loan documentation, responsible for the logging, filing, and paid out requests for all the finance company relationships of the bank, and is responsible for in mailing and recording of all customer paid outs. This position requires one to be efficient, attentive, and timely in order to ensure prompt and accurate documentation when requested by a lender or assistant. He/she will need superior knowledge of the loan policy and procedures, and compliance regulation. The position requires advanced understanding of all loan documentation including the area of real estate documentation in order to perfect the bank's lien position. It is also necessary to maintain high-quality working relationships with others in the loan area in order to generate timely and efficient productivity.
