Part-Time Teller – Approximately 25 to 28 hours per week

Main

Primary Responsibilities:

Teller is responsible for processing deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and all other transactions and functions associated with a paying/receiving bank teller. Must perform all transactions and duties within established policies and procedures. Responsible for handling large volumes of cash and balancing individual cash drawer on a daily basis. Responsible for the security of cash and transaction documentation. Must be continuously aware of fraud loss and check cashing guidelines as well as all security/audit policies and procedures. Must provide optimum customer service, cross sell bank services and refer customers to appropriate bank representatives as required. Responsible for Regulatory Reporting requirements associated with the Teller Position. Subject to performing cash shipments between branches and performing vault teller functions. 

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Cash handling experience or sales experience
  • Conscientious worker with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform multiple daily tasks and work under pressure with speed and accuracy
  • Excellent attendance
  • Professional appearance and cooperative attitude
  • Understanding of customer service techniques, PC/10 key functions
  • Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 50 lbs. if required to perform the essential job functions
  • Possible work days are Monday through Friday
  • Rotating Saturdays required, 8 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Loan Administration Clerk

Main

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and process escrow accounts 
  • Checking loans after closing
  • Oversee all processes of titling collateral
  • Post closed loan reviewer-determine exceptions and load into bank's system
  • Backup to other department functions in the event of absence or staff shortage

One of the primary responsibilities for loan administration personnel is assisting with pre-close loan reviewer of real estate loans. This requires a thorough knowledge of loan policy, procedures and understanding, and compliance regulations. One must be familiar with loan codes and their meaning.This position requires a well-organized person that is flexible and has a willingness to work directly with lenders. Other duties include posting payments, preparing reports and other miscellaneous duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of customer service regarding checking and savings accounts. Exercise discretion in scheduling work, composing correspondence, ensuring the safekeeping of customer information files, maintaining accurate files. Responsible for handling maters of a complex and/or confidential nature. Certain features of this job are done daily, therefore, requires one to be flexible in setting and establishing priorities. Other responsibilities will be to cross train department wide. Must provide quality customer service to our employees and customer base. Must always dress professionally.
